How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (ODKGW001), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.

You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section

In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order Shipped" state. To cancel, please Contact Us with the Order ID.

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Availability of COD (Cash On Delivery) depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

What are the payment options accepted by you?

We at Kangarwho offer you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, rest assured that Kangarwho’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking, or Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.

We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on KangarWho.com?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Kangarwho.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is Rs. 20,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Also, we wont be able to provide COD for more than Rs. 5000 in Uttar Pradesh due to certain factors. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees will be accepted.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Kangarwho.com?

Returns & Cancellations-

What is your return policy?

At Kangarwho.com, we understand how much you value your purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us*. You can conveniently initiate the return online or by writing to us on support@kangarwho.com. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible. Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product and seller.

We assure you that all products sold on Kangarwho.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.

Possible resolution could be Replacement, or Refund in case we are unable to provide a Replacement. All this is backed by the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee for all categories.

Replacement:-

If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, you may request a replacement/return at no extra cost.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked

  • Damages due to misuse of product;

  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

When are returns not possible?

Write to us at support@kangarwho.com in case you want to raise a dispute. We look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis.

Buyers are subject to final consent from Kangarwho.com for settling the dispute.
